The brand achieved a system-wide RevPAR of $218.50, reflecting a 9.3% year-over-year increase, outperforming Marriott’s overall luxury portfolio growth of 7.1%. The Americas remain the strongest performing region, with RevPAR climbing 11.5%, while EMEA posted a 6.8% increase, driven by strong demand for design-centric properties in urban markets.
The development pipeline currently includes 147 signed properties representing 28,500 rooms, with 62% located in urban markets and 38% in resort and lifestyle destinations. Among the most notable upcoming openings is The Magdalena in Austin, Texas, a lakeside adaptive reuse project with pre-opening average daily rate projections exceeding $650. The Old Clare in Sydney, Australia, a heritage conversion that achieved 92% occupancy during its soft-opening phase, and The Prince Akatoki in Barcelona, Spain, a luxury boutique property already showing strong forward bookings through Q3 2025, demonstrate the brand’s successful strategy.
