This form is designated for the Leading Hoteliers Network's Premium Mystery Shopping Program, which includes comprehensive audits of the complete hotel service experience.

 

Here's the process: Evaluators will stay at your hotel for a minimum of 2-3 days without prior notice to assess all areas of your establishment and analyze your hotel's services from a guest's perspective, including:

Program: During an evaluator's surprise visit, LHN evaluates every aspect of service and standards from check-in to check-out. Additionally, we provide actionable strategies, management briefings, walkthroughs, and manuals to improve your guest service ratings, tailored specifically for the 5-star luxury hotel and resort sector.

 

Preferred scope: Leading Hotels Network exclusively evaluates 5-star Luxury Hotels & Resorts. We assess every critical aspect of the hotel or resort, and our audits, along with checklists of compliance, are tailored specifically for 5-star establishments.

The quoted price encompasses only the Mystery Shopping and Hotel Audit Project. It excludes travel expenses, meals, or accommodation costs; hence, a service agent will reach out to you immediately after your order is placed to discuss the specifics of the assignment, including the timing, location, and potential travel expenses.

 

CERTIFICATES:

 

Mystery Shopping and Hotel Audit tasks are carried out in strict confidence, covering more than 50 unique evaluations. 

 

If your hotel fulfills the Leading Hoteliers Network 5 Star Luxury Check Measurement criteria - a standard part of the Mystery Shopping program - a certificate of recognition will be granted. The Leading Hoteliers Network 5 Star Check Certificate is awarded based on your hotel's average scores, categorized as follows:

 

Elite - Where the average score for the 50 measurements exceeds 4.9

Platinum - Where the average score for the 50 measurements is at least 4.75

Gold - Where the average score for the 50 measurements is at least 4.5

Premium - Where the average score for the 50 measurements is at least 4.3

 

Each of the four aforementioned achievement scores is accompanied by a brass plate that certifies the category, which the hotel can display as it prefers, for example, outside or inside.

 

A basic certificate is provided to every hotel upon completion of the evaluation, regardless of the score achieved. All results remain confidential, with the hotel retaining exclusive rights to potentially disclose its scores.
