The course also includes additional sections on advanced tools and methods for change management, restructuring, amalgamations, mergers, and downsizing. It comprises approximately 80 pages of reading material, complemented by online tests & questions.

 

The e-learning course focus on the processes within the current global business environment, as well as the opportunities and strategies participants can employ to impact and enhance these processes, thus contributing to their company's success. The course content is delivered using business school terminology, yet remains approachable through a blend of expert knowledge and practical case studies.

 

Teaching Format

Upon course registration, participants are provided with a username and password, granting direct access to the educational pages, libraries, and associated links two weeks before the course begins. The course is practical and work-oriented, structured so learners can immediately apply their new knowledge to everyday job tasks.

 

Requirements:

Participants of the General Manager Version 2 Certificate Course must have a PC or MAC with internet connectivity and an email address.
