- Once you've settled for one, they will put all your information into the new design choice and make suggestions to improvements 
 
- Our HR team will make suggestions to improve texts and make corrections of the spelling errors / typos, which they can find.
 
- They will send you example of a good photo "pose" and ask you resend new photo
