Emerging Leaders Program (ELP)

Prepare yourself for the challenges and responsibilities inherent in a leadership position, and improve both your professional and personal skills.

The Emerging Leaders Program (ELP) offers psychological insights and knowledge on motivating and engaging your current or future employees. It highlights the importance of philosophy, psychology, HRM, and communication, as well as the effects of work pressure and stress on both your own and others' motivation and performance levels.

The ELP management training program leverages e-learning, enriched with an interactive curriculum, case studies, and assessments, leading to a final exam. It encompasses vital learning areas in management, philosophy, psychology, and communication, illuminating the roles and duties of a manager through three comprehensive modules.

The education comprises three modules, each at the level of business school, encompassing the following:

Module 1: Communication at the Management Level

This module introduces theories and methods to improve managers' communication and interactions with colleagues and employees at all levels, including the application of psychological tools.

It concentrates on the individual's resources and provides tools that give participants insights into their own professional and personal competencies. This encompasses understanding one's role and behavior, communication training, language, body language, personal appearance, and working relationships.

The module entails approximately 100 pages of reading, supplemented by an e-learning case, an online assignment, and online feedback with evaluation.

Module 2: The Leader's Role, Responsibilities, and Tasks

This module delves into the leader's role as a "personnel leader" within the organization. It links the discussion to the use of various personnel policy management tools and provides participants with practical "best practice" experiences for their daily tasks.

The topics covered include insights and practices in management roles, tasks, responsibilities, organizational theory, conducting employee interviews, situational management, personnel assessment, company culture, and more.

It also involves roughly 100 pages of reading, along with an e-learning case, an online assignment, and online feedback with evaluation.

Module 3: Potential, Resources, and Development

Managers must recognize their own resources and how to maximize the potential of their colleagues and employees. By doing so, they can effectively lead others and foster motivation.

This module centers on the participant's potential as a leader, covering personal impact, self-esteem, motivation, proactivity, and related areas.

It involves about 100 pages of reading, an e-learning case, an online assignment, and online feedback with evaluation.

As a participant, you gain a solid foundation for addressing the human elements of management.

The training aims to enhance the manager's abilities for the advantage of both the company and the participant. It develops roles that empower participants to lead others and foster high motivation levels.

In both e-learning modules and case studies, instructors concentrate on the dynamics within the participant's organization, exploring methods and opportunities to influence and refine management practices for the company's progress.

The educational content is on par with business school and MBA standards, yet it is made readily approachable through a blend of expert knowledge and case studies from distinguished companies.
