The Occupational Psychology (OPC) - Certificate Program merges e-learning with a dynamic curriculum that concentrates on pivotal aspects of organizational psychology, personnel development, organizational transformation, and learning.
The training is delivered at an advanced level, equipping participants with the knowledge, inspiration, and practical skills required to apply occupational psychology theories in real-world situations.
The education comprises three modules:
Module 1: Organizational Psychology

- Cognitive and emotional psychology.

Module 2: The Individual in the Organization
- Humanistic organizational psychology.
- Organizational development (OD) mindset, individual and organization.
- Organizational culture, climate, and structure.
- Intervention and change processes.
- Concepts of management, leadership roles, and development.
- Learning theories and the learning organization.
- Etc.
Includes approximately 100 pages of reading, e-learning cases, online assignments, test and evaluation.
Module 3: Communication and Empowerment
Contents:
- Verbal communication training.
- Non-verbal communication training.
- Collaborative relationships and motivation.
- Mediations and conflict resolution methods.
- The new employee development interviews.
- Appreciative inquiry and dialogue.
- The difficult conversations.
- Storytelling,
- Etc.
Additional content covers management tools and psychological methods, featuring instruction in advanced behavioral psychology, organizational psychology, team dynamics, coaching, supervision, mentoring, and related areas.
The module comprises approximately 100 pages of reading material accompanied by an e-learning case, an online assignment, and online test with evaluation.
The e-learning course focus on the processes within the current global business environment, as well as the opportunities and strategies participants can employ to impact and enhance these processes, thus contributing to their company's success. The course content is delivered using business school terminology, yet remains approachable through a blend of expert knowledge and practical case studies.
Teaching Format
Upon course registration, participants are provided with a username and password, granting direct access to the educational pages, libraries, and associated links two weeks before the course begins. The course is practical and work-oriented, structured so learners can immediately apply their new knowledge to everyday job tasks.
Requirements:
Participants of the General Manager Version 2 Certificate Course must have a PC or MAC with internet connectivity and an email address.
