Four Seasons Resort Seychelles at Desroches Island celebrates its second consecutive year of recognition in the Condé Nast Traveler Readers’ Choice Awards 2026, ranking No. 14 among the Top 20 Resorts in the Indian Ocean.

Minor Hotels Celebrates 30 Wins and Top Regional Rankings in the CNT Readers' Choice Awards


Anantara properties score top spot in ‘Rest of Africa’ and No. 2 in the Middle East, alongside multiple top-10 placements across Europe and Thailand, and a debut for The Vietage by Anantara among the World’s Top Trains


Minor Hotels is celebrating widespread recognition in the US and UK editions of Condé Nast Traveler Readers' Choice Awards, with 30 wins across Asia, Europe, Africa, and the Middle East. Its flagship luxury brand, Anantara, earned the No. 1 spot in ‘Rest of Africa’ and No. 2 in the Middle East, alongside top-five rankings in Thailand and Italy and the debut of The Vietage by Anantara, the brand’s luxury rail experience along Vietnam’s central coast, among the World’s Top Trains.


In Africa, Minor Hotels' established luxury retreats continued their strong momentum, led by The Royal Livingstone Victoria Falls Zambia Hotel by Anantara, which claimed the No. 1 Resort in Rest of Africa position on the US list. In the UK Readers' Choice Awards, regional recognition extended to Anantara Stanley & Livingstone Victoria Falls Hotel (No. 11) and Avani Victoria Falls Resort (No. 24).


Across the Middle East, the group's desert, city, and island retreats secured multiple top rankings, led by Anantara The Palm Dubai Resort, which ranked No. 2 in the US Readers' Choice Awards. The region's strong performance also highlighted the breadth of Minor Hotels' multi-brand portfolio, with Doha's Souq Waqif Boutique Hotel by Tivoli ranking No. 15 in the UK awards.


Europe also delivered strong results, reflecting Minor Hotels' growing collection of urban and resort properties. Anantara Palazzo Naiadi Rome Hotel, host of the inaugural Anantara Concorso Roma earlier this year, ranked No. 6 in Rome, while Anantara Convento di Amalfi Grand Hotel, Anantara Grand Hotel Krasnapolsky Amsterdam, Anantara Plaza Nice Hotel and Anantara The Marker Dublin Hotel were each recognized among the leading luxury hotels in their respective destinations.


Closer to home in Asia, Minor Hotels continued to build on its long-established hospitality heritage. Along with Anantara Golden Triangle, Anantara Riverside Bangkok Resort also earned recognition in both the US and UK awards. Meanwhile, the newly reimagined Anantara Siam Bangkok Hotel secured the No. 10 spot among Thailand's top hotels.

Many of our members have remained with us since the inception of our job lead service nine years ago. They continue to renew their memberships, staying on board even after securing new positions, and for good reason.

We recognize that numerous long-standing, senior-level members utilize these bulletins as conversation starters, reaching out to hotel chains and potential employers, sometimes with unsolicited applications and messages. LHN endorses such proactive engagement. It's an excellent, informal method to gain early interest from prominent hotel groups and upcoming projects, indicating your interest and broadening your opportunities for intriguing interviews or discussions about potential roles, particularly at the upper echelons of management.
