Pedro rejoins the Belmond family, having previously served as the interim General Manager at Cap Juluca, A Belmond Hotel, Anguilla in 2021. More recently, he has established and led a boutique consultancy dedicated to enhancing operational performance in luxury hospitality businesses.

With a career spanning over two decades across Europe, the United States, and the Caribbean, Pedro's extensive experience in the hospitality sector is a valuable asset. We are excited to see him propel El Encanto to new heights.
