With more than two decades of global hospitality experience, Bertrand brings a passion for exceptional guest service, business growth, and strategic leadership. He joins the hotel from InterContinental San Diego, where he served as General Manager, following leadership roles across North America with InterContinental Hotels & Resorts and Kimpton Hotels.
