The Opportunity
Lead a 142-room luxury riverside hotel in London as it becomes a UK flagship for an international brand. Set service standards, build a leadership team, and drive commercial performance near a major financial district.
Key Responsibilities
Manage operations: 142 rooms, three F&B outlets, five event spaces, pool, spa, gym
Oversee brand transition and refurbishment with minimal disruption
Recruit and lead an Executive Committee
Deliver luxury service for senior executives and high-profile guests
Develop commercial strategy to enhance occupancy, rates, and revenue
Attract corporate business and repeat events
Foster a strong relationship with owners
Represent the hotel in the local community
What Recruiter is Looking For
Proven luxury General Manager experience
Experience in a luxury city hotel in London or similar city
Strong commercial skills in a competitive market
Experience with rebranding, refurbishment, or repositioning
Confident in managing owner relationships
London market knowledge preferred
