The Opportunity

Lead an internationally branded upper-upscale hotel in Goa, driving service excellence, colleague engagement, profitability, and brand reputation.


Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver seamless, high-quality guest experiences across rooms, F&B, meetings, and events

  • Lead a people-first culture that attracts, develops, and retains top talent

  • Build strong owner relationships built on transparency and trust

  • Own the full P&L, budget, and forecast to deliver financial targets

  • Drive market positioning, brand recognition, and revenue growth

  • Ensure compliance with operational, safety, and sustainability standards


What Recruiter Is Looking For

  • Proven leadership in full-service/upper-upscale hotels

  • Strong financial acumen balancing operational efficiency and guest experience

  • Success in elevating guest satisfaction, brand sentiment, and owner relations
