Bringing more than two decades of experience in luxury hospitality, Wilkie’s extensive career includes roles at prestigious properties across the globe. He began his journey with Four Seasons in 2014, with his first assignment at Four Seasons Hotel Baku, followed by several prominent roles at Beverly Wilshire, A Four Seasons Hotel, and Four Seasons Hotel Montreal. Most recently, Wilkie served as the General Manager at Four Seasons Hotel Los Angeles at Beverly Hills.


His vast experience in hotel management, food and beverage operations and guest relations - coupled with his passion for delivering exceptional service - makes him an ideal fit for leading this 12-acre (5 hectare) property known for its five unique dining concepts, three unique pool offerings, expansive meetings and events space, premier outdoor recreation and best-in-class wellness services at the onsite Center for Health & Wellbeing.


With a commitment to maintaining the Hotel’s premier position within the competitive Southern California market while innovating to elevate its future, Wilkie sees his role as an opportunity to creatively continue to evolve the property, which has cemented a reputation of excellence across all lines of business.

Wilkie’s journey to Four Seasons began in his hometown of Carnoustie, Scotland, where he developed a passion for excellence in hospitality at a young age.  After graduating from the Scottish Hotel School Trust House, in Forte, London, his early career saw him working in Michelin-starred restaurants with renowned chefs. He later transitioned into hotel management with roles at both Ritz-Carlton and Mandarin Oriental, where his diverse experience in luxury hospitality prepared him to thrive within the esteemed Four Seasons brand.


Outside of work, Wilkie enjoys spending time with his family and supporting his three children’s passions - whether on the field or on stage. He values the balance between professional dedication and being present for life’s everyday moments, embracing all that Los Angeles has to offer with his family by his side.
