Flavia Daudan-Caponi has been appointed Area Vice President, Operations at Mandarin Oriental

Flavia Daudan-Caponi has been appointed Area Vice President, Operations at Mandarin Oriental.

In her new role, Flavia will continue as General Manager of Mandarin Oriental, Miami, while she will alos supporting operations at Mandarin Oriental, Canouan and the upcoming opening of Mandarin Oriental, Boca Raton.

With her career with Mandarin Oriental spanning over two decades, Flavia began her impressive journey with the Group as Director of Sales and Marketing at the legendary Mandarin Oriental, Bangkok, progressing through several senior leadership roles before becoming Hotel Manager of the Group's flagship, Mandarin Oriental Hyde Park, London, in 2013. In 2019 Flavia was appointed General Manager of Mandarin Oriental, Prague and transferred to Mandarin Oriental, Miami in 2022 where she has successfully led the team from strength to strength.
