Four Seasons Hotel New Orleans now holds the distinction of having the most Les Clefs d’Or concierges in the city. Travis joins Melissa Comardelle, Danny Alford, and Randy Boudreaux, bringing the Hotel’s total membership to four. This rare concentration of top-tier concierge talent further reinforces the Hotel’s commitment to delivering world-class service rooted in warmth, personalization, and local expertise.

Travis brings 15 years of experience as a concierge at some of New Orleans’ most distinguished hotels, and his membership in this organization marks a proud milestone in his career at Four Seasons. A respected figure in the city’s hospitality community, he is an active member of the New Orleans Concierge Association, having served board terms as President, Vice President, and Recording Secretary. Following a brief period outside the industry, his reinstatement reflects his deep knowledge of the Crescent City as well as his enduring dedication to guest service. ..
