Hilton is launching a dynamic lineup of new hotels and renovations in early 2026, with brand debuts including Waldorf Astoria in Morocco, Motto by Hilton in Brazil, and the first lifestyle hotel in India with the debut of Curio Collection by Hilton in Bengaluru. Spark by Hilton will also debut in the Middle East this quarter, with the opening of Spark by Hilton Makkah Aziziyah in Saudi Arabia.

Tempo by Hilton continues to expand its portfolio with openings across the U.S. in Nashville, San Diego, and Savannah. Major renovations are underway at Hilton Washington DC Capitol Hill and Hilton Istanbul Bosphorus, refreshing these iconic destinations for modern travelers. Waldorf Astoria Rabat Salé

Anticipated Opening Date: Early 2026

Located in the Mohammed VI Tower, Waldorf Astoria Rabat Salé will offer 55 guest rooms and suites, two specialty restaurants, Waldorf Astoria’s signature Peacock Alley, a pool restaurant, meeting and board room spaces, a spa, an outdoor and infinity pool, and a fitness studio.  

Tempo by Hilton Nashville Midtown

Anticipated Opening Date: January 2026

The second Tempo by Hilton property in Nashville, the new Midtown hotel will boast 161 rooms designed with wellness in mind. Guest rooms will boast the brand’s signature Power Up, Power Down, and Get Ready Zones, plush Sealy mattresses for a great night’s sleep, oversized bathrooms with Apotheke products, and a Bluetooth mirror. It will also feature Moonsong, Tempo by Hilton’s dining concept created in collaboration with Bluestone Lane, and an expansive on-site gym with modern equipment.

Motto by Hilton Recife

Anticipated Opening Date: February 2026

Celebrating the brand’s debut in Brazil, the newly built Motto by Hilton Recife will be Hilton’s first hotel in this vibrant northeastern capital, known as the ‘Venice of Brazil’ for its canals, stunning beaches, rich colonial history, and lively culture. Located two blocks from the historical downtown area called “Marco Zero,” the 132-room hotel offers a restaurant, coworking space, and a rooftop bar with panoramic views of the historical center.

The Derby London City, Curio Collection by Hilton

Anticipated Opening Date: February 2026

The Derby London City, Curio Collection by Hilton, affectionately named after The Bowler Hat, brings British charm and contemporary flair to the heart of the capital’s historic financial district.
