In 2026, Hilton will welcome several new properties across the globe, including the anticipated opening of one of London’s most iconic luxury hotels, Waldorf Astoria London Admiralty Arch, the debut of the NoMad brand in APAC, the expansion of Home2 Suites by Hilton into Western Europe, and the entry of Hilton’s lifestyle brands in top ski destinations in the U.S. 


Americas

The Westerly at Hilton Aruba Caribbean Resort & Casino 

Anticipated Opening Date: Early 2026 

Situated within the iconic Hilton Aruba Caribbean Resort & Casino, The Westerly is a new oceanfront tower set to debut in early 2026. The Westerly will provide an elevated stay, granting guests the experience and privileges of a boutique hotel alongside the access and amenities of the larger resort. Guests will enjoy spacious guest rooms and expansive balconies, bespoke amenities, thoughtfully curated experiences, and a stunning 10th floor rooftop terrace, all while being steps from the beach. With a seamless fusion of refined comfort and local inspiration, The Westerly will offer travelers an elevated retreat in the heart of paradise to create lasting memories. The tower will feature 161 oversized guest rooms and suites, including options with adults-only swim-up rooms and expansive oceanfront balconies that showcase sweeping views of the Caribbean Sea.

Tempo by Hilton Nashville Midtown

Anticipated Opening Date: Q1 2026 

The second Tempo by Hilton property in Nashville, the new Tempo by Hilton Nashville Midtown will boast 161 rooms designed with wellness in mind. Tempo’s signature Power Up and Power Down zones will be found in every guest room, and common areas include on-site dining, informal meeting space, and a state-of-the-art fitness center. 


Tempo by Hilton Savannah Historic District 

Anticipated Opening Date: Q1 2026 

Tempo by Hilton Savannah Historic District will be just minutes away from The Hostess City of the South’s top attractions like River Street and Forsyth Park. True to the Tempo brand, the hotel will offer balanced dining in partnership with Australian-inspired premium coffee roaster, café, and lifestyle brand Bluestone Lane. The hotel will also feature a rooftop bar overlooking Savannah. 


Motto by Hilton Nashville Downtown 

Anticipated Opening Date: Q1 2026 

Motto by Hilton is bringing connected, community-driven stays to Music City with the debut of Motto by Hilton Nashville Downtown. Of the 260 rooms, over 30% will have Motto’s signature Confirmed Connecting Room capabilities, offering guests a more dynamic, flexible stay. Engaged with the city, the hotel will also feature a ground-level coffee shop and bar, perfect for guests and locals alike. 


The Monarch San Antonio, Curio Collection by Hilton

Anticipated Opening Date: Q1 2026 

Elegant design and natural beauty blend will create a one-of-a-kind stay at The Monarch San Antonio, Curio Collection by Hilton. Abundant greenery, locally inspired décor, and dining consisting of a speakeasy, coffee shop, and rooftop restaurant will make this 200-room hotel a destination unto itself in downtown San Antonio. The hotel will also boast over 15,000 square feet of event space for occasions of every size. 


Signia by Hilton Diplomat Beach Resort

Anticipated Opening Date: Q2 2026  

The Diplomat Beach Resort in Hollywood, Florida is expected to be rebranded as Signia by Hilton Diplomat Beach Resort in 2026, following a transformation.  Perfectly located on a barrier island between Miami and Ft. Lauderdale, the iconic beachfront resort is a centerpiece of South Florida.  The comprehensive renovation embraces Signia’s sophisticated style and genuine hospitality, bringing a refreshed vision to one of Florida’s premier destinations. From the grand atrium and sophistication of Club Signia to the new Infinity Pool deck, poolside cabanas, beach club, top-rated spa, and curated cuisine within tropical-inspired destinations, every detail has been designed for connection and comfort.


Canopy by Hilton at Deer Valley

Anticipated Opening Date: Q2 2026 

Overlooking the Jordanelle Reservoir and Deer Valley Resort, and situated steps from the Jordanelle Express Gondola, Canopy by Hilton at Deer Valley promises effortless ski access during the season as well as a cozy atmosphere, a lively après-ski experience, and access to a host of restaurants. The hotel will offer a curated suite of on-site amenities including a pool and hot tub, steam room and sauna, fitness center, and golf simulator. There will also be a dedicated ski reception lobby and ski locker room, meeting and conference facilities, as well as two levels of underground parking accommodating 176 stalls. 


Motto by Hilton Guadalajara Centro Historico 

Anticipated Opening Date: Q2 2026 

Motto by Hilton’s second property in Mexico, Motto by Hilton Guadalajara Centro Historico will bring the brand’s clever, connected offerings to Guadalajara’s historic district. 154 flexible, intuitively designed guest rooms across 8 floors make this the ideal launchpad for travelers looking to explore The City of Roses. And after a day of exploring, the hotel’s onsite coffee shop, bar, and restaurant will have just what guests need to rest, relax, and recharge. 


Home2 Suites by Hilton San Diego Downtown 

Anticipated Opening Date: Q2 2026 

Located off 5th Street in downtown San Diego, approximately one mile from the San Diego Convention Center, Home2 Suites by Hilton San Diego Downtown will deliver stylish, flexible suite configurations, home-like amenities, and multifunctional community spaces for guests and their pets. Guests can enjoy spacious suites designed with a streamlined approach to storage and function, an integrated fitness area and laundry room, as well as complimentary hot breakfast with the brand’s build-your-own breakfast sandwiches.  


Perla La Paz, Tapestry Collection by Hilton

Anticipated Opening Date: Q3 2026 

Located within the historic Hotel Perla building, Perla La Paz, Tapestry Collection by Hilton maintains its mid-century charm with the comforts of today. Bright hues of pastel pink and green adorn the property alongside remodeled guest rooms, breezy terraces, and multiple dining outlets. The hotel’s rooftop will also feature a pool and bar with unparalleled views of the Gulf of California. This will be the first Tapestry Collection by Hilton hotel in Baja California and the first Hilton hotel in La Paz, Mexico.  


Homewood Suites by Hilton Oakland Airport Alameda

Anticipated Opening Date: Q3 2026 

Homewood Suites by Hilton Oakland Airport Alameda will offer home-like accommodations for guests and their pets traveling for an extended stay or quick overnight trip. The property features spacious suites with separate living and sleeping areas and a fully equipped kitchen. Guests can enjoy complimentary hot breakfast, including the brand’s signature breakfast tacos, complimentary Welcome Home Wednesday social, onsite laundry, fitness center, and other thoughtful amenities to make every stay feel like home.    


Homewood Suites by Hilton Phoenix Mesa Airport

Anticipated Opening Date: Q3 2026 

Guests and their pets staying at Homewood Suites by Hilton Phoenix Mesa Airport will enjoy the comforts of home with spacious suites with fully equipped kitchens, hot complimentary breakfast every morning, like the brand’s signature breakfast tacos, and the complimentary Welcome Home Wednesday social. The property will also offer a resort-style pool, upscale meeting and event space, fitness center, and outdoor space with grills and firepits.


Signia by Hilton Indianapolis

Anticipated Opening date: Fall 2026

Owned by the City of Indianapolis with operations led by the Capital Improvement Board of Managers of Marion County, a municipal corporation of Marion County, Indiana, and managed by Hilton, Signia by Hilton Indianapolis will be the city’s tallest hotel. The property will feature nearly 100,000 square feet of versatile meeting space, including a 50,000-square-foot ballroom, and will provide direct access to the convention center and Lucas Oil Stadium via a skywalk over Capitol Avenue. Guests can expect seven culinary concepts including an upscale fine-dining restaurant; rooftop sky bar and pool; a state-of-the-art fitness center; wellness-focused guest rooms; and Club Signia, a premium offering for guests that elevates the entire stay.  


LivSmart Studios by Hilton continues to drive momentum with upcoming openings nationwide 

Hilton’s newest extended-stay brand, LivSmart Studios by Hilton, is rapidly growing with new locations opening in Columbia Greystone, Huntsville South John Hunt Park, Pensacola I-10 North Davis Hwy, and many more in 2026. Each property offers apartment-style suites with distinct areas to cook, work, and relax, serving as the perfect base for guests seeking the comfort of home with convenience to maintain their normal routines during the long stay. Guests enjoy a welcoming open lobby, onsite laundry, fitness center, outdoor patio with grills, and complimentary grab-and-go breakfast.  


Spark by Hilton continues global expansion with over 200 hotels across the U.S., Canada, and beyond 

Spark by Hilton is Hilton’s fastest-growing and trailblazing brand, redefining value-driven hospitality with a rapidly expanding portfolio of more than 200 properties. With standout locations like Spark by Hilton Ft. Myers, Spark by Hilton Newport News, and Spark by Hilton Outer Banks Kill Devil Hills opening in 2026, the brand delivers reliable essentials and a warm, friendly experience at an accessible price point. Waldorf Astoria London Admiralty Arch

Anticipated Opening Date: 2026 

Waldorf Astoria London Admiralty Arch will see the historic monument debut as one of London's most iconic luxury hotels. Commanding a prestigious position at the end of The Mall opposite Buckingham Palace, the hotel will feature 100 elegantly designed rooms and suites, and 17,500 square feet of residences.  


Hilton, in partnership with Reuben Brothers, is meticulously restoring the Grade I listed monument to its former glory, while honoring the building’s storied past. Globally-celebrated chefs Clare Smyth MBE and Daniel Boulud, who together hold seven Michelin stars, will bring an unprecedented level of culinary excellence. And a collection of grand and intimate event spaces - including a magnificent ballroom accommodating up to 300 guests - will provide an exceptional setting for landmark occasions. 


Hilton Accra Cantonments

Anticipated Opening Date: 2026 

Hilton Accra Cantonments marks Hilton’s debut in Ghana, offering a refined stay in one of Accra’s most prestigious neighborhoods. Just minutes from the US and French embassies and less than five kilometers from Kotoka International Airport, the hotel is well positioned for both international and diplomatic guests. The property will have 145 guest rooms, an all-day dining restaurant and pool bar, a spa, gym, and outdoor pool. With over 900 square meters of event space – including a grand ballroom and executive boardroom – it is set to become the epicenter of business, leisure, and cultural exploration in West Africa’s dynamic capital.


Hilton Muscat Al Bandar, DoubleTree by Hilton Muscat Al Waha and Al Husn Hotel Muscat

Anticipated Opening Date: January 2026

Hilton is set to open three hotels within Barr Al Jissah, an iconic waterfront luxury development on Muscat’s coastline. Surrounded by rugged mountains and secluded beaches, Barr Al Jissah combines natural beauty with world-class hospitality experiences – making it a timeless destination for leisure visitors, wellness seekers, families, and business travelers, all within 40 minutes of Muscat International Airport.</


Conrad Athens The Ilisian

 Anticipated Opening Date: Early 2026 

The Ilisian, opening in early 2026, will be home to Conrad Athens, Waldorf Astoria Residences, Conrad Residences, House of NYNN member’s club, and nine bars and restaurants. The hotel has 307 rooms, suites, and residences, including a signature penthouse with a private pool. The iconic Galaxy Bar returns as The Galaxy Dispensary, a vibrant gastro bar beside the upscale Galaxy Supper Club, while Byzantino transforms into an all-day brasserie, offering delicious Greek and French cuisine. 


Promising endless entertainment no matter your age, guests can indulge in retail therapy on-site, or sporty types can enjoy the largest outdoor pool in the city center, the outdoor private running track, or a game of pickleball. Children will be kept amused by a 60’s themed kids club. Based on a traditional hotel experience, children can board the bellhop trolley, unpack suitcases filled with retro games, or unwind in the role-play spa.


The Derby London City, Curio Collection by Hilton

Anticipated Opening Date: February 2026

The Derby London City, Curio Collection by Hilton, affectionately named after The Bowler Hat, will bring British charm and contemporary flair to the heart of the capital’s historic financial district. Housed in a reimagined former office building on Great Tower Street, the hotel draws inspiration from the city’s banking heritage, offering 234 contemporary guest rooms – including 13 suites with sweeping views of London’s iconic skyline. One of the unique design features is the Treasury Wall, which is inspired by historic safety deposit boxes and offers select guests the opportunity to unlock surprises. Guests can dine at Rycrofte’s, an all-day restaurant, or simply unwind at the bar or coffee house, and explore nearby landmarks like the Tower of London and St Paul’s Cathedral.


Hilton Istanbul Airport

Anticipated Opening Date: Q1 2026 

Hilton Istanbul Airport will be Hilton’s first hotel within Istanbul Airport – one of the world’s busiest aviation hubs. Located just steps from the terminal, with 485 rooms and suites and delicious dining options across OXBO Restaurant, OXBO Café, and OXBO Bar, plus a spa, indoor pool, and executive lounge. Home2 Suites by Hilton Dublin City Centre

Anticipated Opening Date: Q1 2026

Set to make its Western Europe debut, Home2 Suites by Hilton Dublin City Centre brings Hilton’s popular extended-stay brand to the vibrant heart of Ireland’s capital. Just steps from O’Connell Street and within easy reach of Trinity College, Temple Bar, Croke Park, Dublin Convention Centre, and the city’s harbour, the hotel will offer guests a home away from home with 290 spacious suites with flexible layouts and full kitchens – perfect for short breaks or longer stays. Anticipated Opening Date: Q2 2026

Rooms at Casa de Sada Algarve Beach Resort, Curio Collection by Hilton have been stylishly designed, most featuring views from balconies or spacious terraces, out onto the Atlantic Ocean. Panoramic views await from pools, bars, and restaurants, with a stunning rooftop bar the place to be to watch the setting sun. Along with a spa, gym, cinema room, and golf simulator, the highlight of this resort is it being set on the beach. With over 18 golf courses in close proximity, a short drive to Vilamoura and Quinta do Lago, and just 40 km from Faro Airport, the resort is perfectly located.


Hilton Chania Old Town Resort & Spa

Anticipated Opening Date: Q2 2026 

Hilton Chania Old Town Resort & Spa is ideally positioned between Chania’s lively city centre and its sun-kissed coastline. Spark by Hilton Makkah Aziziyah offers reliable and friendly service in one of the world’s most spiritually significant destinations.


Conrad Riyadh Laysen Valley

Anticipated Opening Date: 2026

Conrad Riyadh Laysen Valley will mark the brand’s entry into the heart of Riyadh, bringing bold design to the capital of Saudi Arabia. The 170-room hotel will feature an indoor pool, fitness centre, boutique spa, meeting space, two dining outlets, and a lobby lounge, providing guests with ample opportunity to explore its recreational and culinary facilities. Conrad Riyadh Laysen Valley will be set in one of Riyadh’s most prominent mixed-use real estate projects, Laysen Valley. Located opposite the city’s Diplomatic Quarter (DQ) and near the Kingdom’s royal court and corporate business hubs, the hotel will also serve as a convenient meeting point for both residents and international business travellers.


Kasteel Gemert Eindhoven, Curio Collection by Hilton 

Anticipated Opening Date: 2026

Kasteel Gemert Eindhoven, Curio Collection by Hilton, will allow guests to experience boutique opulence in a beautifully restored 14th-century castle in southern Netherlands. The hotel blends historic grandeur with contemporary design, with stylish rooms, two restaurants, a bar, spa facilities, and an indoor pool – all set against tranquil moat views and lush, tree-lined grounds. Just a short drive from Eindhoven, guests can explore the city’s design scene and vibrant cultural events, while enjoying the peaceful rhythm of Dutch village life. From rowboat rides on the castle’s moat to strolls through landscaped gardens, the hotel offers guests a romantic and refined escape.
