LEADING HOTELIERS NETWORK's job lead service is saving our members a lot of time - LHN's researchers monitor the job boards both in leading hotels, HMCs, franchises, individual hotels, etc.. It is done manually, and LHN members receive links to the postings for relevant detected jobs - LHN provides the job leads, but we do not get involved in the recruitment process.

- It is not complicated understanding, but we have noticed voices from people outside the network - Who is asking "Why do we have to pay for applying for a job?" They have clearly not read & understood the service.

Our relationship with the HR teams and - departments in the hotels is important - More than ever, our members need to see, where they can find relevant jobs - We recommend members to explain how this service works, if you come upon this question from persons outside the network - It is "a research service provided exclusively to our members, so they can see, where there are relevant job openings"..
