With over three decades of experience in the international hospitality sector, Gmiat brings a wealth of operational and commercial expertise to Ruby Group. His career has encompassed senior positions at renowned European hotel organizations such as Soho House and Zoku, and more recently at HotelCo51, one of Marriott's major franchise partners, where he managed a portfolio exceeding 40 hotels.
