As the sun climbs to its zenith and casts a golden glow, guests are welcomed to the Lunch Experience, which begins with an 11:00 AM yacht journey departing from Jumeirah Marsa Al Arab Marina. Upon arrival at 12:00 PM, sparkling refreshments are served beneath the midday sun.
Guests are then invited to savour gourmet dining by Michelin-starred Chef Saverio Sbaragli, showcasing seasonal ingredients and sophisticated flavours. The elegant three-course menu opens with light starters, followed by hearty mains, and concludes with delectable desserts.
Throughout the afternoon, guests are invited to unwind on premium loungers, explore the sparkling shoreline, or engage in water sports and beach activities — from kayaking and stand-up paddleboarding to beach volleyball and pétanque — all set against a striking island backdrop. At 3:00 PM, guests return aboard their luxury yacht and journey back to the mainland, taking in panoramic views of the Dubai skyline and departing with memories of a remarkably private escape.
