MEMEBER SERVICE MESSAGE - ALL JOB POSTINGS VERIFIED BY LEADING HOTELIERS NETWORK + TWO ALERTS

All job leads presented by Leading Hoteliers Network are verified; meaning our HR Team or researchers either have been in contact with recruiters and hotel groups or have visited each job posting, read the content, evaluated the validity, and checked that job opening is still valid.

How does it work? 


First registration - When Leading Hoteliers Network's HR Team or Researchers detect a new job opportunity relevant to our members, they either verify the content of the posting by checking it is made in a valid job database or get in contact with the recruiters, hotel groups, hotel companies, headhunters, or independent hotels. The process is performed manually.


Verification of all registered job leads during the week - Every Sunday, our HR team and researchers conduct a thorough review of all job leads registered on the Fast Track. This ensures that our members can be confident that all jobs (300 job leads - The average number of Fast Track job leads) have been valid within the last eight days.


Daily verfication of job leads - Every second day during the week, our HR Team presents our popular NOTEWORTHY LISTS with General Manager and Vice President of Operations job leads in Asia,, Australia, MEA, Europe, Latin America and North America. 


When they are sending out these lists, they secure that all leads are live.

Sometimes our HR Team has specific details on leads or job postings where the links may have timed out. These can ex. be repostings or insights where our team has learned that the job is still open.


Double verications of General Manager job lists - Additionally, members receive numerous lists with General Manager job openings during the day. Many of these lists are with job openings in esteemed hotel groups, on specific brands such as Ritz-Carlton, Belmond, Bulgari, Four Seasons, etc. Every time lists are sent out, our HR Team and researchers double-check that the job postings are open.


For seven years our job lead service has been applaud, because it saves our members many hours every week - In average our Team uses more thann 30-50 hours per week researching, hunting and detecting new job openings, which are relevant for our members - They monitor more than 60 different sources every day and it is done manually to make sure, that all leads are ind order.

ALERT #1

Unfortunately, we have experienced, that our content and research have been shared by members with non-members. This is something which we take very seriously. We share some of our most popular noteworthy lists with "headlines only" on LinkedIn as a public service and where our many readers and followers on LinkedIn - And as a compliment from our HR Team - Can see, that certain job openings are available in certain areas, but where the details, links and research, which our HR Team and researchers have spent many hours on producing are exclusively for our paying members. All our information on LinkedIn is, of course, open to share, but the content on our member platform is not. We are a research service and if our content and research are compromised, it harms both the service and, more importantly, our many paying members who rely on the service. We urge all our readers and members to inform us if they experience that our job leads, content, etc are being shared with non-paying members.


ALERT #2

We feel obliged to inform our members and readers (for the first time in the past seven years) that both our HR team and our researchers in the MEA region have experienced jobdatabases presenting invalid General Manager job postings now more than ever. It is extreme, and although we will not give names out of courtesy to our colleagues, we confirm that even some renowned job databases present extremely many invalid GM leads and job postings right now. This is both unfortunate and means extra work for our researchers.
