Exciting new opportunities available. Requirements: At least 5 years of verified experience as a General Manager in branded hotels, from midscale to upper midscale and luxury categories. Strong skills in daily operations, financial management, and process optimization. Excellent commercial insight with a proactive and innovative approach. Strong passion for hospitality and providing exceptional guest experiences. A hands-on leadership style with adaptability to local environments and team development skills. Experience in Africa or similar emerging markets. A successful history in hotel pre-openings is preferred but not mandatory.
