Today's Inspiration: Four Seasons Resort Orlando Announces Key Commercial Team Positions

TODAY'S INSPIRATION: Four Seasons Resort Orlando at Walt Disney World Resort, a AAA Five Diamond Resort named the #1 Best Hotel and Best Resort in Walt Disney World by U.S. News & World Report, has announced the following key Commercial Division leadership positions.

Nick Anderson was promoted to Commercial Director, after serving as Director of Sales for the Resort since 2018. As Commercial Director, Anderson oversees the entire division of sales, catering, revenue and marketing/public relations team members.  Prior to his time with Four Seasons Resort Orlando, Anderson spent four years at the Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin Resort as director of group sales. Before moving to Florida, Anderson’s experience also includes representing large convention hotels in Las Vegas, including serving as a senior sales manager for The Cosmopolitan since pre-opening, as well as sales manager roles with the Wynn and Encore resorts in Las Vegas. Anderson holds a bachelor’s degree from Eastern Washington University.

Jessica Sibley has been promoted to Director of Sales at Four Seasons Resort Orlando at Walt Disney World Resort, after previously serving as Assistant Director of Sales from 2022. Prior to that role, Sibley served as Group Sales Manager from 2019. Before joining the Group Sales team, Sibley served as Catering Manager since 2014, honing her sales skills by representing numerous social events and weddings booked at the Resort. Sibley holds a bachelor’s degree from Florida State University.

“I am proud to announce the promotion of Nick Anderson to Commercial Director, as he has steadily grown in his experience representing Four Seasons Resort Orlando for the past seven years and best understands the unique positioning of our resort,” notes Ali Mohammed, Regional Vice President and General Manager of Four Seasons Resort Orlando. “Likewise, I am also very proud to announce Jessica Sibley’s promotion to Director of Sales. Under the leadership of Nick and Jessica, our Commercial team is set up for exceptional success.”

"I am so privileged to be working with a group of such warm, kind and caring employees whose mission is to do ordinary things extraordinarily well."

A true world resident, Ali Mohammed has travelled extensively throughout his career with Four Seasons, starting with the company in 2000 when he joined the opening team at Cairo First Residence as a Security Officer.

After making the transition to Housekeeping as a Supervisor, Ali moved to Riyadh as Housekeeping Assistant Manager.  He then joined the opening of the company’s former property in Great Exuma and lent assistance to the opening of Cairo Nile Plaza as Assistant Director of Housekeeping.  In 2005 he headed west to Toronto to further his Rooms experience, followed by the Maldives, Landaa Giraavaru, as Front Office Manager in 2007.  A year later, Ali was promoted to Assistant Director of Rooms at Damascus, where he worked for three years before returning to the Maldives at Kuda Huraa as Director of Rooms. In 2013, he was promoted to Resort Manager at Tented Camp at Golden Triangle, with a short stint at Chiang Mai, followed by Alexandria in the same position.  From there, he became the General Manager at Whistler, playing an instrumental role beginning in early 2017. After Whistler, Mohammed and his family traded their snow boots for sandals, moving to the Sunshine State for his role as General Manager at Four Seasons Hotel Miami, before moving north to Central Florida in June 2024 for his promotion to Regional Vice President and General Manager at Four Seasons Resort Orlando.

As a passionate traveller, Mohammed grasped life experiences wherever he landed, whether he was horseback riding in Egypt, diving with whale sharks and manta rays in the Maldives or hiking and road cycling through the mountains of Whistler. He enveloped himself in the culture and feel of each place, leaving with strong, life-long friendships.

“Hospitality is almost impossible to teach, it is all about hiring the right people,” he says. “I am so privileged to be working with a group of such warm, kind and caring employees whose mission is to do ordinary things extraordinarily well by intuitively serving our guests and making them feel at home and always wanting to come back.”

An Egyptian/Canadian national, Mohammed holds a Bachelor's Degree in English Literature from Cairo University and is fluent in English and Arabic. He is a fitness enthusiast who loves the outdoors, including road biking and water sports.  Mohammed is also very passionate about the Resort and its employees and loves becoming a part of the local community.
