The 105-room hotel comprises a historic residence alongside a newly constructed building, creating an urban retreat that blends historical heritage with contemporary comfort. Located within Wuxi Center 66 and developed by Hang Lung Properties, the hotel's story begins with a notable residence at No.118 Dongdajie Street, built in 1933 by Wuxi entrepreneur Zhang Xiaocheng and his sister Zhang Chuquan, one of the city's early Western-trained obstetricians. The name "Xi Zhe" is rich in meaning: "Xi" derived from Wuxi, while "Zhe" combines two auspicious characters to symbolize double blessings.

Four Seasons Resort Mauritius at Anahita has appointed Gregory Viaud as General Manager, as the resort enters a new era following its extensive transformation. A seasoned Four Seasons hotelier with more than two decades of international luxury hospitality experience, Viaud arrives in Mauritius from Four Seasons Hotel Rabat Kasr Al Bahr, where as opening General Manager he successfully led the hotel's launch in Morocco's capital. Preferred Hotels & Resorts Expands Portfolio in Indonesia
Preferred Hotels and Resorts has expanded its portfolio in Indonesia with the addition of four new member hotels in Bali, further strengthening its Southeast Asian presence and bringing its portfolio in the country to five member hotels. The additions include Ametis Villa Bali in Canggu, an intimate luxury retreat with 14 residential-style private villas; Nuju Uluwatu in Bali's Bingin neighbourhood, an adults-only boutique retreat with 17 private pool villas; Samsara Ubud, a One-Michelin Key resort comprising 17 villas in a rainforest landscape; and The Meru Sanur, an oceanfront 184 all-suite resort on Sanur Beach within Indonesia's first special economic zone dedicated to health and wellness tourism.

Equinox Resort AMAALA Opens on Saudi Arabia's Red Sea Coast

Equinox Resort AMAALA has opened its doors on Saudi Arabia's Red Sea coast, marking the fitness and wellness brand's second hotel globally and its first outside the US. Located at Marina Village in Triple Bay, the resort brings Equinox's performance-focused approach to wellness and recovery to AMAALA, with 128 rooms and suites across six accommodation categories, including two penthouse suites, as well as 21 branded residences. The property was designed by Foster + Partners, with interiors by Rockwell Group, drawing inspiration from the Red Sea coastline, marine environment, and surrounding mountains.
The resort features 704 square metres of indoor and outdoor training space, making it the largest fitness facility in AMAALA, while its rooms incorporate Equinox Hotels' sleep science platform, including circadian lighting, advanced acoustic isolation, and precision climate control designed to support rest and recovery. A 1,602-square-metre spa is centred on the Equinox X Circuit, a seven-circuit regeneration experience combining treatments and technologies such as cryotherapy, infrared sauna, hyperbaric oxygen therapy, hydrotherapy, and contrast-temperature therapies. Air India and IHG Announce Landmark Loyalty Partnership

Air India and IHG Hotels and Resorts have announced a landmark loyalty partnership, allowing members to earn rewards across both programs. Under the agreement, Air India Maharaja Club members will earn two points for every $1 spent at traditional IHG properties globally, except for stays at IHG extended-stay properties and IHG Army Hotels, which earn one point per $1 spent, while IHG One Rewards members can exchange 1,000 points for 200 Maharaja Points.
The partnership connects IHG's global portfolio of more than 7,100 hotels in more than 100 countries with Air India's network spanning India and destinations across five continents. PASHA Real Estate and Marriott Sign Multi-Property Agreement

PASHA Real Estate Group and Marriott International have signed agreements for three hotel and residential developments in Azerbaijan and Georgia under The Ritz-Carlton and Le Méridien brands. The planned projects include a luxury hotel and branded residences under The Ritz-Carlton brand at Zagulba Beach in Baku, an extension of The Ritz-Carlton Residences, Baku through a new residential tower, and a Le Méridien hotel in Tbilisi.
The Ritz-Carlton Baku, Zagulba is planned for the shores of Zagulba Beach, north of Baku on the Caspian Sea, expected to feature 80 guestrooms and suites, several dining venues, an indoor swimming pool, fitness centre, spa, beach club, and The Ritz-Carlton Club Lounge. The development is also expected to include The Ritz-Carlton Residences, Baku, Zagulba, comprising 282 luxury apartments and villas. Aman Announces First Korean Property
Aman has announced its first Korean property, Aman Seoul, rising 38 floors in Seoul's Gangnam district with a hotel, 49 branded residences, and retail and cultural space. The development is being undertaken by Shinsegae Property, the real estate development arm of Shinsegae Group, with Aman handling design and operations under a long-term agreement. The property will be built on a roughly 70,000-square-metre site with eight basement levels and 38 floors above ground.
Aman Seoul follows Aman Tokyo, Aman New York, and Aman Nai Lert Bangkok, and joins a pipeline that includes Aman Beverly Hills, Aman Miami Beach, Aman Dubai, and Aman Singapore.
