As the destination’s first General Manager, Ulf Bremer sees the role as an opportunity to introduce Saudi culture to the world through a one-of-a-kind stay rooted in Hijazi hospitality, quiet luxury, and holistic wellness.

As Four Seasons Resort and Residences AMAALA at Triple Bay prepares to welcome guests, Ulf Bremer takes the helm with a clear ambition to create an experience that feels restorative, soulful, and deeply connected to its surroundings. Reflecting a more grounded, regenerative approach to hospitality in line with Saudi Arabia’s evolving tourism landscape, the coastal retreat is shaped by three elemental wellness journeys balancing movement, stillness, and discovery. As a seasoned hotelier with a deep appreciation for Saudi culture, Ulf sets out to help guests discover the Kingdom’s natural beauty from a new perspective, guided by personalised experiences that shift wellness away from escape and towards meaningful reconnection with place, pace, and self.

For Ulf Bremer, returning to Saudi Arabia for his new role at Four Seasons Resort and Residences AMAALA at Triple Bay feels like a full-circle moment, bringing him back to the country where his international journey first began. Born in southwest Germany, Bremer has spent more than three decades shaping a global career, holding senior roles at leading luxury hotels, including the former Four Seasons Hotel Moscow, and across renowned brands in China, England, Germany, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Japan, Malaysia, Switzerland, Taiwan, and the UAE. His first role beyond Europe took him to Saudi Arabia in 1992, marking the beginning of a far-reaching career and forming a lasting connection to the culture that now inspires this next chapter.

Ahead of the official opening, Ulf’s approach remains rooted in the quietly intuitive, deeply personal hospitality that sets Four Seasons apart, paired with the warmth and generosity of Saudi culture. Wellbeing and sustainability are also central to his vision, woven naturally into the resort’s secluded, nature-led setting as he and his team encourage guests to slow down, be present, and experience the Kingdom from an entirely new perspective. The resort team plays a key role in bringing this to life, with Ulf leading a strong contingent of homegrown talent, motivating and inspiring them to deliver service that feels as remarkable as the property itself.

Situated between the rugged foothills of the Hijazi Mountains and the calm blue waters of Hijaz Cove, the regenerative development by Red Sea Global is set to become a defining destination for premium wellness along Saudi Arabia’s northwestern coast. The property will feature 202 elegant accommodations, including 140 guest rooms, 32 suites, and 30 villas, each offering a fully furnished terrace or balcony designed to frame uninterrupted views of the Red Sea.

Surrounded by lush landscaping, the resort unfolds as a sanctuary centred around the HYLIAA Wellness & Spa, alongside immersive outdoor experiences that invite guests to connect more deeply with their surroundings. At the Discovery Centre, the Red Sea’s rich marine and land ecosystems come into focus, further enriched by Corallium, AMAALA’s leading-edge marine institute dedicated to conservation and research.

For Ulf, this appointment is both a return and a new beginning, bringing him back to the Kingdom that helped set his global career in motion. At Four Seasons Resort and Residences AMAALA at Triple Bay, he is set to lead a resort experience that feels soulful, grounded, and deeply attuned to its surroundings, a place where the Red Sea, the mountains, and the stillness between them become part of the stay itself.

Small Tip To Landing Good Senior-Level Hotel Management Positions in 2026

Many of our members have remained with us since the inception of our job lead service seven years ago. They continue to renew their memberships, staying on board even after securing new positions, and for good reason.

Daily, our editors dispatch bulletins detailing new job vacancies, projects, and industry shifts, including hotel launches, expansions, strategies, and market trends.

We recognize that numerous long-standing, senior-level members utilize these bulletins as conversation starters, reaching out to hotel chains and potential employers, sometimes with unsolicited applications and messages. LHN endorses such proactive engagement. It's an excellent, informal method to gain early interest from prominent hotel groups and upcoming projects, indicating your interest and broadening your opportunities for intriguing interviews or discussions about potential roles, particularly at the upper echelons of management.

Our editors also keep these proactive efforts in mind, shaping many bulletins to cover "new openings, new projects, and new market developments."

While membership spots for 2026 are limited, it's not too late to renew.- Read more her
