Four Seasons Resort and Residences Whistler announces the appointment of Pierre Morillon as General Manager, effective March 9, 2026. Morillon, originally from Lyon, France, brings a wealth of international experience and a deep commitment to the Four Seasons service philosophy. He holds dual degrees in Sales and Marketing as well as a postgraduate diploma in Hospitality Management from Les Roches International Hotel School. Since beginning his Four Seasons career in 2014 as a Manager in Training at Four Seasons Hotel Ritz Lisbon, Morillon has demonstrated a passion for operational excellence and team development. His career includes key leadership roles across Lisbon, Mexico City, and Atlanta, where he helped elevate service standards and strengthen guest engagement.


Most recently, Morillon served as Resort Manager at Four Seasons Resort Costa Rica at Peninsula Papagayo. During his tenure, he led teams through significant resort enhancements, championed guest-centric initiatives, and played an integral role in the property earning the Isadore Sharp Award for Excellence in 2024, an honour recognizing exceptional performance in service, culture, and results.
