Four Seasons Resort Scottsdale announces the appointment of Jerome Arribas as General Manager. Bringing more than two decades of global luxury hospitality leadership and operational expertise, Arribas will guide the iconic desert resort into its next chapter of elevated guest experiences and destination storytelling.

Jerome Arribas is a seasoned luxury hospitality executive whose distinguished career spans some of the most celebrated Four Seasons hotels and resorts around the world. With a refined operational mindset, deep brand expertise, and a strong sense of place, he is exceptionally positioned to lead one of the region’s most beloved destinations.

Since opening in 1999, Four Seasons Resort Scottsdale has set the standard for luxury hospitality in the American Southwest—offering seamless access to Scottsdale’s cultural, dining, and retail vibrancy while maintaining a fully immersive experience in the serenity and natural beauty of the Sonoran Desert. Arribas embraces this distinctive duality, focusing on authentic and emotionally resonant guest experiences.

Originally from the Loire Valley of France, Jerome’s early exposure to culinary excellence, craftsmanship, and cultural heritage deeply shaped his professional philosophy. After extensive international travel, he began his Four Seasons journey in a nontraditional role as Assistant Director of Purchasing at Four Seasons in the Bahamas, demonstrating his competitive drive and commitment to mastering diverse operational disciplines.

Throughout his career, Jerome has pursued opportunities that broadened his leadership and operational expertise. He has held task force and leadership roles across multiple properties, including Four Seasons Hotel George V, Paris, and Grand-Hôtel du Cap-Ferrat, both Michelin three-key properties recognized among the world’s most exceptional luxury hotels. These experiences strengthened his appreciation for the orchestration required to deliver seamless luxury service in high-profile environments.

Jerome’s tenure as Hotel Manager at Four Seasons Hotel One Dalton Street, Boston marked a pivotal period in his career, where he helped establish the property within a highly competitive market. Under his leadership, the hotel achieved Forbes Five-Star recognition for both the Hotel and the Spa just two years after opening, an exceptional milestone reflecting excellence in service, culture, and guest experience. He later advanced to General Manager of Four Seasons Resort and Residences Vail, refining his skills in resort operations, seasonal management, and leadership development.

His global portfolio also includes leadership roles at Grand-Hôtel du Cap-Ferrat, A Four Seasons Hotel; Four Seasons Hotel Casablanca; Four Seasons Resort and Residences Seychelles; Four Seasons Hotel London at Park Lane; and the former Four Seasons Resort Exuma at Emerald Bay. Across these properties, Arribas has consistently elevated operations, mentored talent, and upheld exacting Four Seasons service standards.

Now in his tenth Four Seasons assignment, he brings a rare balance of financial acumen, operational depth, and destination-driven hospitality to Four Seasons Resort Scottsdale. His leadership reflects a thoughtful evolution of luxury experiences—positioning the resort for continued success while preserving the sense of place that defines its enduring appeal...Continue reading here Hotel Management Global Outlook Link

Small Tip To Landing Good Senior-Level Hotel Management Positions in 2026

Many of our members have remained with us since the inception of our job lead service seven years ago. They continue to renew their memberships, staying on board even after securing new positions, and for good reason.

Daily, our editors dispatch bulletins detailing new job vacancies, projects, and industry shifts, including hotel launches, expansions, strategies, and market trends.

We recognize that numerous long-standing, senior-level members utilize these bulletins as conversation starters, reaching out to hotel chains and potential employers, sometimes with unsolicited applications and messages. LHN endorses such proactive engagement. It's an excellent, informal method to gain early interest from prominent hotel groups and upcoming projects, indicating your interest and broadening your opportunities for intriguing interviews or discussions about potential roles, particularly at the upper echelons of management.

Our editors also keep these proactive efforts in mind, shaping many bulletins to cover "new openings, new projects, and new market developments."
