Hilton Announces Florida Keys Expansion Plans with Hilton Key West Resort & Marina

Newly signed waterfront resort to join Hilton Hotels & Resorts portfolio on July 1, 2026
Hilton is expanding in the Florida Keys with the upcoming conversion of Ocean’s Edge Resort & Marina into Hilton Key West Resort & Marina, now accepting reservations for stays beginning July 1, 2026.
The 175-room waterfront resort on Stock Island will feature 86 suites, private furnished balconies, marina access, six saltwater pools, destination dining, and a wide range of outdoor recreation.
The property is positioned to deliver a full-service Keys experience by combining island-style leisure amenities, event space, shuttle access to downtown Key West, and the benefits of the Hilton Hotels & Resorts and Hilton Honors platforms.

Hilton today announced the signing and upcoming conversion of Ocean’s Edge Resort & Marina to Hilton Key West Resort & Marina, expanding Hilton’s presence in the Florida Keys. The waterfront resort, located on Stock Island at the eastern edge of Key West, Florida with direct marina access, is now accepting reservations for stays beginning July 1, 2026. The property is owned by Sunstone Hotel Investors and will be managed by Hilton.

As part of Hilton Hotels & Resorts, the resort will pair its distinctive waterfront setting with the brand’s signature hospitality, offering guests a masterfully hosted stay shaped by striking design, vibrant social spaces, elevated dining, and personalized service. From open-air gathering spaces to poolside programming and island-inspired dining, the resort sets the scene to spark energizing connections during leisure escapes, business travel, and private celebrations.
Hilton Key West Resort & Marina will offer 175 guest rooms, including 86 spacious suites and a range of well-appointed king and double accommodations designed to suit a variety of travel styles, whether guests are visiting solo, as a couple, or with family. Every room and suite features a private, furnished balcony with sweeping vistas of the Atlantic Ocean, the marina, or the lush tropical surroundings, ensuring a relaxing and picturesque stay.
World-renowned culinary delights await guests at see-and-be-seen concepts designed to capture the local flavors of the destination.
