Mandarin Oriental's curated collection of the world's finest private vacation homes announces a significant expansion, welcoming ten homes to its global portfolio, now comprising 35 Exceptional Homes across 14 sought-after destinations. These additions mark an important milestone in the evolution of the collection, introducing Florence, Sardinia, and Marbella as entirely new locations, alongside further expansion in Puglia.
Florence joins the collection for the first time with Villa Petrucci, an elegant private retreat set within the historic Renaissance city. Framing sweeping views across Florence while offering secluded gardens and a private pool, the unique home combines cultural immersion with discreet luxury. Its interiors, completed following a five-year restoration led by acclaimed architect and designer Massimo Adario, draw inspiration from Florence's architectural legacy and reinterpret it through a refined contemporary lens.
The expansion also includes Villa Marzia in Sardinia, a rare beachfront property with direct coastal access and uninterrupted sea views on one of the Mediterranean's most sought-after islands.
In southern Italy, the portfolio further strengthens its presence in Puglia with the addition of two authentic trulli, Trullo delle Dame and Trullo dei Pumi. Each has been thoughtfully restored to honor the region's architectural heritage while delivering contemporary comfort and privacy.
Marbella remains a key growth destination for the collection, marked by the introduction of six new, design-led villas.
