Reignite Your Team's Passion: How Hilton's Thrive Sabbatical is Redefining Hospitality Leadership

Hilton has announced the recipients of its 2025 Thrive Sabbatical and Thrive Reset programs, designed to support Hilton team members’ professional, physical and mental well-being by providing time to pursue meaningful experiences or recharge.
“Hilton’s Thrive Sabbatical and Reset are rooted in the belief that when our team members thrive, they can bring even greater care, hospitality, and compassion to the world and guests around them,” said Laura Fuentes, Hilton’s chief human resources officer and head of Hilton Supply Management. “These recipients are incredible examples of purposeful action—living out their dreams, uplifting their communities, and reminding us all of the transformative power of time to reset or pursue a passion.”
This year, Hilton received over 1,000 submissions from team members across the globe. A selection committee chose 10 Thrive Sabbatical and 10 Thrive Reset recipients based on their stories, including a wide range of experiences, geographies and roles. Read more here
