Brand New Group General Manager Job Lead - 6 Upscale hotels - Small Hotel Group - Northern Europe

Key Responsibilities include:


  • Guide the General Managers at all 6 Hotels to prioritize KPIs and business outcomes, while ensuring excellence in service, accommodation, and food and beverage standards.

  • Execute all established Group policies, strategies, and plans, and contribute to the development of these initiatives and standards.

  • Be an active team member and hands-on leader, leading from the front, staying engaged on the ground, while serving as a mentor and coach to the Management at each hotel.

  • Support the control and planning of performance against targets, and monitor the performance of individual departments across each hotel to maximize results.

  • Work with the General Managers to develop and implement service standards, ensuring consistency and standard operating procedures.

  • Engage actively in all Sales & Marketing activities across all hotels, participate in budget setting, understand business levels, and prepare and implement plans to address any shortcomings.
