Raffles Hotels & Resorts is excited to announce the debut of Raffles Jeddah, a glamorous new landmark standing gracefully along the city's historic Corniche. With sweeping views across the Red Sea, the hotel blends elegant design, curated experiences, and the brand's renowned butler service to create a refined retreat in one of Saudi Arabia's most historic destinations.

“Our opening in Jeddah, a dynamic coastal city on the Red Sea that has been shaped by centuries of cultural exchange, is exciting and marks an important milestone for the Raffles brand while also strengthening Accor's presence in Saudi Arabia,” said Omer Acar, CEO, Raffles Hotels & Resorts. “With this debut, we are proud to contribute to the Kingdom's Vision 2030 ambitions and its emergence as a leading global luxury destination.”

Ideally positioned on the Corniche, the hotel places guests within close reach of Jeddah's key attractions and cultural landmarks, from Fakih Aquarium and Al Shalal Theme Park to Red Sea Mall and Boulevard Jeddah, while King Abdulaziz International Airport is just a 25-minute drive.

Inspired by Jeddah's rich maritime heritage, the hotel's contemporary architecture incorporates traditional Hejazi design influences, including intricate mashrabiya screens and carved wood latticework that create a dynamic interplay of light and shadow. This thoughtful blend of regional craftsmanship and modern sophistication continues throughout the interiors, with the guestrooms, suites and public spaces conceived by Robert Angell, and the Raffles Spa and Wellness areas being the work of Tristan Du Plessis. Guests arrive through a striking golden entrance, a subtle homage to the Raffles legacy and the golden age of travel, before entering a light-filled lobby where sculptural columns and iridescent surfaces draw inspiration from sunlight on the Red Sea. Lace-like wall motifs reference the ornate plasterwork of Jeddah's historic Al-Balad district, and a curated collection of contemporary works by leading Saudi and Middle Eastern artists further deepens the hotel's cultural narrative.

Raffles Jeddah features 182 elegantly designed guestrooms, including 40 suites, each with uninterrupted Red Sea views. Starting from approximately 66 square metres, the accommodations are among the largest in the city, with pastel-toned interiors inspired by the ever-changing colours of the sea and sky, complemented by subtle heritage motifs and curated artworks.

“Raffles Jeddah has been thoughtfully designed to celebrate the spirit of this remarkable city while delivering the elegance and highly personalised service that defines the Raffles brand,” said Fredrik Blomqvist, General Manager, Raffles Jeddah. “From the architecture and art to culinary and wellness experiences, every detail reflects our commitment to creating a destination that feels both locally rooted and globally sophisticated.”

The hotel's culinary experiences form a central pillar of the hotel, with two distinctive venues creating a vibrant social hub that connects visitors with the energy of Jeddah's waterfront lifestyle. Surl'O, a progressive all-day brasserie overlooking the Red Sea, blends culinary traditions from East and West with dishes designed for sharing, reflecting Jeddah's evolving gastronomic scene through bold flavours and contemporary presentation. Atorie Lounge & Patisserie completes the offering, merging French pâtisserie with Japanese precision. From morning pastries infused with flavours such as plum and black sesame to matcha-infused éclairs and a theatrical afternoon tea ritual served from a bespoke tea trolley, Atorie evolves throughout the day, transforming into a stylish lounge serving creative mocktails and elegant desserts in the evening. Further enriching the culinary journey, a third signature restaurant concept will be introduced at a later date, showcasing a refined hospitality experience inspired by the rhythm and beauty of the sea. Drawing from the effortless spirit of the Mediterranean, the venue will embody a serene and elevated atmosphere designed for guests seeking relaxation, exceptional cuisine, and a sense of understated coastal luxury.

Central to the Raffles Jeddah experience, the Raffles Spa and Wellness offers a serene, design-led sanctuary dedicated to rejuvenation and long-term wellbeing. Separate wellness areas for ladies and gentlemen include treatment rooms, Moroccan hammams, fitness centres, and swimming pools, alongside a private couple's treatment suite for shared experiences.

Designed for both intimate gatherings and larger celebrations, Raffles Jeddah's event spaces include six meeting rooms, a business centre, VIP lounge and expansive pre-function areas, alongside the spectacular Pearl and Crystal Ballrooms, striking venues suspended above the plaza with floor-to-ceiling windows framing the city.
